15th week! OpenCharacter.org still chucking along at 4500 signups. Got https://fun.aiagentlayer.com up and running they raised $1m super proud of and is awesome!

I'm really starting to appreciate open source software. Just need a good business model. I've been complaining about payment providers and subscriptions, but the way to go here is definitely advertising. The time spent on the site is insane! Engagement is off the roof and I could have easily x3 to x10 revenue by now if I used some basic banner ads or ads in the chat conversations.

Just need to find one that allows NSFW and even Google Adsense will work if my first page is SFW I think 🤞. There are plenty of NSFW, but its kinda dodgy. Feeling optimistic now, I'm kinda at the end stage of prototyping and really ready to scale up.

Going to try and monetize and hopefully should be running at 50-90% net margin. At that point I'm ready to go scale this thing up to millions! I wonder if Elon is right here saying "manufacturing is x100 harder than prototyping". I guess we'll see.
