Building this shit is harder than I thought, the ffmpeg commands, .ass, .srt, .vtt captions and subtitles, styling, fonts and positions, animations. Also why is there like 30 captions formats? and the software written is so trash. Anyways I probably need to delete some requirements For the very first version I probably don't even need some fancy animations or styling just captions, one word or multiple and positioning and download That's probably good enough! For product it will be able to 1.upload from computer 2.upload from youtube link 3.video storage 4.captions 5.move position of captions 6.change font of captions 7.edit caption text 8.chop up big video into the most interesting shorts 9.download the shorts as a zip

I also need a distribution plan. I'm thinking of just reaching out to a bunch of youtubers via DMs and email. Also create TikTok, Youtube and Instagram for posting shorts. All with links to captionwave.co of course. Great thing about this is the content creation strategy is totally tied in with making a better product, because to create the content I have to use captionwave.co!! I literally HAVE TO USE MY OWN PRODUCT to market it. It's literally god's plan for me to have a great distribution and a great product!! Holy shit, I am the mandate of heaven!
