So What happened to the second week? I realized the thing I was building was slightly too long & hard (not dirty joke) Perhaps I was too quick to pivot but the thing I am building is a semi adjacent product so I probably can add the initial product later. What I'm building is called VidCreate.lol Essentially creates short form video stories for YouTube Shorts and TikTok. I actually found a problem with all the other platforms doing this and the problem is they are all scammers. They charge wayy too much per video despite using all commoditized widely available techonology. My plan is to come in the market with something that is 90% of the feature set but at 20% of the price. I'm honestly not sure how their users are profitable or they are just creating the videos for fun, but with my calculations, I don't think they can be profitable at all.

Anyways gonna be doing a first launch this week and see how it goes. Just need to get deployment working. Shouldn't be too hard (famous last words) I got everything working now apart from deployment. For some reason I can't seem to deploy a simple Next.js app with FFMPEG installed in the container. Anyways need to go work on it.
